Understanding Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Your Baby is an online course made up of five workshops. 

There’s one workshop each week, and each workshop lasts up to two hours.

This course will cover: 

  • Your pregnancy journey and feelings
  • Brain development and your baby in the womb
  • Labour and birth
  • Feeding
  • Partner’s role
  • After your baby is born

What you’ll need

To access the workshop, you’ll need a device that can use Zoom. You'll also need to register with us (or login if you already have an account):

  1. Tap register.
  2. Enter the first part of your postcode then tap next.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, email address and password, then read the terms and conditions, privacy notice and data usage policies and tick the box when you've done that. Tap next.
  4. Check your email for a verification code and enter that. Tap Submit code.
  5. You can then go through to the homepage where you'll see all our available and upcoming courses.
  6. Select the course called Understanding Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Your Baby.
  7. Scroll down and tap the button for the date and time you'd like to sign up for.
  8. You'll then be taken to Zoom to book your place on the workshop.

The course runs for five weeks on the following dates:

  • Thursday 25 April at 9:30am
  • Thursday 2 May at 9:30am
  • Thursday 9 May at 9:30am
  • Thursday 16 May at 9:30am
  • Thursday 23 May at 9:30am
