Understanding Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Your Baby is an online course made up of five workshops, available to those in Hackney. 

There’s one workshop each week, and each workshop lasts up to two hours.

This course will cover: 

  • Your pregnancy journey and feelings
  • Brain development and your baby in the womb
  • Labour and birth
  • Feeding
  • Partner’s role
  • After your baby is born

What you’ll need

To access the workshop, you’ll need a device that can use Zoom. If you haven’t used Zoom before and need help getting set up, take a look at the Getting started guide for new users.  

Then follow the steps below to confirm that you live in Hackney and book your place on the course on Zoom.

When is the course?

The course runs for five weeks on the following dates:

  • Thursday 6 June from 9:30-11:30am
  • Thursday 13 June from 9:30-11:30am
  • Thursday 20 June from 9:30-11:30am
  • Thursday 27 June from 9:30-11:30am
  • Thursday 4 July from 9:30-11:30am
